Max Broodryk co-founded Cuttleflow Systems after 35+ years in specialty insurance across AIG, QBE, Allianz and AXA — launching products, building underwriting teams and digital underwriting platforms across global markets. Most recently, as Country Manager of Probitas 1492 (now an Aviva Plc company), he built its Lloyd’s service company in Australia from nothing to $100m GWP in just over three years, working with more than 300 brokerages. He built Cuttleflow out of a conviction that an underwriting agency can start sooner and grow faster with the right systems and infrastructure.
