Demo · not open for live business
The Cuttleflow Marketplace is being built with the brokers and markets who will use it. It is not open for live business, and nothing on these pages or in the demo is a quote, an offer or cover. Cuttleflow Pty Limited does not hold an AFSL and does not issue, arrange or advise on insurance products. Each class opens only when its opening conditions are met, including licensing advice.
The demo
Every screen, on sample data.
The demo shows the Cuttleflow Marketplace from both sides, on fictional clients and risks. Invited brokers and markets can click through every screen, enter their own sample data and follow a risk from submission to bind. What you enter stays in your browser.
What you can do in the demo
Review the standard
Every question, clause and document for your classes. Send Cuttleflow a comment on any item from the screen you are on.
Place a sample risk
As a broker: choose markets, compare quotes on the same wording and bind, or get an indicative price from a short question set. As a market: receive, quote and see the result.
Switch sides
Act for the broker, the underwriter, an invited market or the client, and see the same risk as each of them sees it.
Build rules and pricing
Markets set appetite as rules, choose a pricing route, load rate sheets, price excess layers and decide what brokers can price and bind online.
Win and keep business
Brokers try sales funnels, a renewal round and a cross-sell round across a sample book, and service policies.
See the reports
Pipeline, conversion, income and funnel results for brokers; submissions, referrals, rate change and price adequacy for markets.
What comes next
A production-ready sandbox.
The next step is a production-ready sandbox: the platform on test data, for invited brokers and markets. In it, each participant reviews the standard with Cuttleflow, loads its own rules and rates, and tests each class before it opens.
Consultation is held between Cuttleflow and each market or broker separately. Comments go only to Cuttleflow. Cuttleflow decides each change itself and publishes it with its own reasons, without saying who asked for what. Cuttleflow’s operating commitments set out how it runs the marketplace.
When a class opens
The same conditions for every class.
- Three markets with broad enough appetite have committed.
- Brokers have committed renewals.
- Version 1.0 of the questions, wording and documents is frozen.
- Lawyers have signed off the wording.
- Capacity providers have consented to the channel and forms where required.
- Licensing and competition advice has been applied, and the platform terms, privacy policy and AI statement are final.
